Notice to Attorneys About Visiting Court Staff After Arguing a Case
Attorneys who are present at the court to:
- appear for oral argument or
- file motions or petitions (especially emergency matters) or
- transact any other such business with the court
are strongly urged not to utilize their presence at the court during these occasions for the purpose of visiting judges, their staff, or other court personnel.
Your cooperation is appreciated. Thank you.
The above policy was adopted by the Court on May 5, 1980.
