Passing the Gavel Ceremony

Judge David Michael Gersten is sworn in
as the twelfth Chief Judge of the Third District Court of Appeal
on Monday, July 2, 2007.

	The former Chief Judge Gerald B. Cope, Jr. passes the ceremonial gavel to the current Chief Judge David M. Gersten.
