First All-Female Judicial Panel

For the first time since the Third District Court of Appeal was established in 1957
the first All-Female Judicial Panel, which included
Judges Melvia B. Green, Linda Ann Wells, and Leslie B. Rothenberg,
opened Court on February 16, 2005.
